No, the PhoneAll phone card can only be used by Italy.

Yes, with the PhoneAll international phone card, you can make calls in Italy.

At the time of purchase, the retailer will issue you a receipt on which you will find: access numbers, PIN and serial, which is the number that identifies your card.Always check that the PIN (required to use the service) and serial number (essential for any report to Customer Service) are legible.

To use the credit, call the access number you choose based on your operator from those on the receipt. A voice guide will tell you the steps to take to finalize the call.

PhoneAll is valid for 90 days from the date of activation, corresponding to the first time the PIN is entered.

PhoneAll configures the remaining credit available to you based on:

  • the number used for access (toll-free number or geographical number)
  • the origin of the call (landline or cellphone network)
  • he operator of the destination country, landline or cellphone network (destination).
Once the call has been made, the voice guide will give you the number of minutes remaining to that destination. To find out the remaining amount in euros, please contact Customer Service.

  • by calling 06.21.01.21 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
In the request for assistance, in addition to your name, telephone number and/or email, remember to indicate the serial number printed on the card.

The price lists indicate the minutes available for a €10.00 card and vary according to the number with which the service is accessed (toll-free or geographic number), origin of the call (landline or cellphone), home operator, country of destination, and landline or cellphone network of the country of destination. The minutes available are communicated before the connection to the number called.

Yes, the international PhoneAll card can be used from any Italian phone – cellphone, landline and public phone (booth) – as long as it is digital.

No, PhoneAll cannot be used to call Italian and foreign value-added numbers or emergency numbers.

Yes, you can use the access number but, unlike using an Italian cellphone, there may be variable costs depending on the GMS operator used. We therefore advise you, before using PhoneAll with a foreign cellphone roaming in Italy, to contact your operator. Intermatica is not responsible for any surcharges applied by foreign operators.

Yes. Remember that to make calls to an Italian cellphone, regardless of where it is located, the country code to be entered will always be 0039 (Italy country code). N.B. Out-of-country cellphones may be subject to roaming charges (agreement that allows the use of cellphones abroad). The cost (rate according to the operator) cannot be reduced.
